Hebridean Bagging Odyssey

We’re in the middle of what’s turned out to be an amazing trip to the Western Isles. The weather has been mixed but it’s been quite special – mainly because of the diversity of where we’ve been; the oldest rocks in the world on the Isle of Harris, the outmoded Sunday close-down in Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis, and the incredible, one-off experience that is St Kilda.

Sea Leopard II Launches!

Corryvreckan is a whirlpool and not just any whirlpool, It’s the centre of the huge tidal flow which runs between the islands of Jura and Scarba and it’s reckoned that when it comes to whirlpools it’s one of the biggest in the World. Probably the third biggest, depending who you speak to.
