One of Scotland’s best features is the Highland dancing because Highland dancing is a brilliant sport of Scotland. Highland dancing has been around for over 19 centuries. Highland dancing is recognised as a sport from the sports council and Highland dancing has much more in common with ballet. Also highland dancing is a wonderful style of athletic solo dance developed in the Gaelic highlands of Scotland. The highland dancers have extremely special shoes, they don’t wear ordinary shoes like our shoes now, their shoes are very special so they don’t fall off. The shoes are called Ghillies.

Another greatest feature of Scotland is tartan and kilts, because it’s a sign of Scotland because people wear kilts to special occasions e.g. weddings, special parties etc. The point in men wearing kilts is because it is so much smarter than a man going to a wedding in joggies and a random T-shirt. So boys or men wear kilts, it makes the men look smart and it makes the ladies stare! Sometimes it makes the men embarrassed if the ladies stare at them, but it happens. Some men sometimes don’t suit kilts it depends what colour they go for, they might go for a dark kilt or even a light kilt.

Please come to the best country ever… SCOTLAND and taste our brilliant, tasty, fizzy drink called Irn Bru. Irn Bru is the best drink ever because you can drink it in many ways, well you can either drink it flat or fizzy. Also you can buy it in a can, by the cup, small bottle, big bottle, in a glass with a straw and many, many more. If you drink it, it gives you a tingly feeling on your tongue because the fizzy bubbles go up in your mouth while you drink it.

Scotland’s greatest feature is the weather because the weather is very important to Scotland. That is because we don’t stick to just one type of weather we find it boring! So, what happens to the weather you may ask? Well the weather changes every so often and there is a variety of weathers such as: snowing, sunny, hail stones, raining, cloudy, thunder, lightning and so on.

Scotland also has its own money. Sometimes people make fake money, but to tell if it is real or not there is a big silver square on it somewhere, if you face it up to the light you will see a face that is the Queen’s face from long ago.

My conclusion: please come and visit Scotland and have a go of all these things I have told you about. So go on, help yourself.
