the recent calm conditions and big tides have provided some great swirls and whirls in the gulf this week.
the sea eagle chicks have now fledged but am only seeing one so it looks as if the other one did not make it which would be a great shame as they were both looking fit and healthy prior to fledging -

went out yesterday to have 10 bottlenose dolphin all round the boat it is a real treat when that happens, also the first common seal pups of the year have just been born

One of my favourate roads is from Craighouse Jura to Ardlussa
it is a challanging single track with outstanding views. Go carefully or you would miss the deer, eagles, sea eagles and loads of other wildlife not to mention sheep lying on the road round every corner -

saw our first whale this week, and have now seen the sea eagle chick in the nest, Corryvreckan working really well this week, looking forward to the launch, press release goes out next week.
