    One of our favourite castles is Caerlaverock, just outside Dumfries.     Best beach ever is Tangasdale beach on the Isle of Barra…..bottle of Champagne & beautiful sunset ….cannae beat it!!

    If USA can have Tartan Day to celebrate all things Scottish, surely we can have St Andrew’s Day. Though I’ve been thinking maybe 6 April is even more important after all we know the singning of the Declaration of Arbroath to be one of the most significant moments in Scottish history – should we change tack and go for 6th April? What do you think?
